This red, white and blue banner is a great decoration for your dolls! I based the banner on this tutorial from Chic California.
Cut rectangles of paper measuring 1.5" x 3" with scissors. I used blue starry paper and red patterned paper.
Fold the rectangles in half.
Take a long piece of string and put the folded pieces of paper over like so:
Glue the two wrong sides of the paper together. I placed each rectangle 3" apart.
Cut a triangle from the center of each:
And now you have the perfect banner!
