Reindeer Pajamas + Announcements

Before the pictures, I wanted to make a few announcements!

First, this is my 300th post on this blog!! That's a lot of posts, I can't believe I've done that many. If you all the posts on my blog, and spent a minute on each, it would take you 5 hours to read them all!

Second, I recently renovated my Pinterest, and made boards for photography of my individual dolls. So far I've got, Maggie, Phoebe, and Brooke's boards put together. Click on their names to check it out!

Thirdly, I was nominated for Best Photography in the Paisley Awards! I was so surprised when I saw I was in the top 5 for that category, and am so honored. Voting goes until January 27th, so check out the other nominees and decide which to vote for!

With the announcements done, I want to show you what I got while I was at the AG store. I saw ono the sale table that the Christmas pajamas for 2017 were only $10. They had been on my list since they came out, so I bought them!

Phoebe is here to model them.

I'm not really sure how the antlers fit with pajamas, but they're cute anyway :)

The slippers are adorable!

I might just have to start collecting the Christmas pajamas if they continue to be as cute as 2016 and 2017...

Merry Christmas!

Amidst the festivities, I want to pop in and say Merry Christmas to you from my dolls and me!

As the day comes to a close, Beth wandered to the tree to read a book.

I hope you are having a wonderful Christmas Day!

Phoebe by the Tree

Since I got Phoebe for Christmas last year, this is her first full Christmas season as part of my doll family! Before she went out caroling with her friends today, I snapped some pictures in front of the tree.

Merry Christmas!

Beth's Festive Bedroom

Since I hadn't decorated my doll rooms for Christmas yet, I decided to change Beth's room about a little and add some festive décor!

I wanted to keep most of her Disney stuff still in the room, so I added this Mickey Mouse Christmas snowglobe to tie the two themes together.

This mug came with the Our Generation horse I have, and I love it! It's so cute!

I hung some tinsel and hooked clay candy canes to it :)

Lastly, her Christmas stocking is hanging in the corner!

I hoped you enjoyed this post!

It's #64!! I am so happy with this doll! I have wanted her for over a year, and have almost bought her a couple of times. She adds the adorably pretty Ivy mold to my doll family!

Her adorable face 😍

Here she is out of the box! I was happy to find she has neck strings.

Without the hair net! Her hair is so. Soft. I love her, and can't wait to take her out for a photo shoot! I have some ideas for a name, but if you have any suggestions feel free to mention them! I always appreciate your ideas :)

I am so happy and grateful for this doll. I never dreamed I would own five American Girl dolls.

Thank you for reading!

Doll Christmas Haul!

I always enjoy reading haul posts. For those of you looking forward to post-Christmas haul posts, today is your lucky day! This year my family decided to exchange Christmas gifts a little early. So, now I will show you the doll items I received for fun!

YESS I got a new doll! 😍 I also received a small black sports bag, a emerald wrist purse, a jacket, and boots.

Here are the two bags. I really like them; I think they are so cute!

Beth is modeling the jacket my brother gave me from Sophia's! It's adorable and great quality.

The jacket came with these little furry boots.

I also got the holiday pajamas! I just thought they were so cute when I first saw them online. I have never gotten any clothing pieces from American Girl, so this is a first! I didn't think I'd seen the pajamas on a Maryellen doll, so I dressed Teddie in them :)

I will reveal the new doll soon!! For now, what doll do you think she is? Hint: The box is Truly Me, and I like each of my dolls to look unique and bring variety to my doll family :)

I hope you enjoyed seeing the doll items I received for Christmas! Merry Christmas! 🎄🎅

Brooke Wraps Presents...My First Photostory!

This weekend I did my first photostory ever! Here it is!

---

One cold December evening while the other girls were watching a Christmas movie, Brooke snuck out to get some gift wrapping done. She was so excited for Christmas to come to give the other girls their  presents!

Brooke gathered two presents and set them on the table.

She laid out the presents. I just know Maggie will love this picture of us together! That was such a fun day, Brooke thought, and of course Beth will be so excited to unwrap this t-shirt! Brooke and Maggie had gotten Beth an outfit between themselves. Brooke got the t-shirt for Beth, and Maggie got a matching skirt to give.

I better go get the wrapping paper and stuff, Brooke thought as she headed to the closet.

"Ooph!" Brooke grunted. The box was big and heavy! Brooke looked around to make sure the other girls hadn't heard her.

Satisfied, she got out the rolls of paper.

And the tissue and bows!

I'll put the picture frame in a bag, Brooke decided.

"There we go!" Brooke said quietly. Her excitement rose to see the present hidden in the bag. Just think how happy Maggie will be when she opens it! Brooke thought joyously.

She made a tag and wrote "To: Maggie From: Brooke".

When she was finished attaching the gift tag to the bag, she set it aside to get started on the next present.

Let's see here... Brooke carefully measured how much paper she would need to wrap the tee.

She placed a sparkly silver bow and a tag on the present.

Now it's time for Christmas! I'm ready! Brooke thought happily. As she grabbed the gifts in her arms to hide them where the other girls couldn't find them, she thought of how pretty the packages would look nestled beneath the tree on Christmas morning.

THE END!

I hope you liked it! Merry Christmas :)
